Two ways you get your money back: a 14-day refund on your first subscription if you haven’t used it, and anytime we mess up in a way we can’t fix. Past that, credits are credits.
If you subscribe for the first time and haven’t consumed credits, email daniel@felloclass.com within 14 days and we’ll refund in full. Once you’ve used credits in a billing period, that period is non-refundable — you told Stripe at checkout that you want to start immediately and waive your withdrawal right. You can still cancel any future renewal with two clicks.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have 14 days from your first subscription to change your mind. We respect that right — email us and we’ll refund in full as long as you haven’t generated any lessons on the paid plan yet.
At checkout Stripe shows a required checkbox: “I want to start immediately and understand that I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal once credits are consumed (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)).” Ticking that box is what lets you start generating lessons the moment you pay. Once you’ve used any credits, that billing period is non-refundable.
No forms. Email us, we’ll check the logs, we’ll fix it.
Open Settings → Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps running until the end of the billing period you already paid for — then it rolls back to Free.
If you open a chargeback with your bank, your credit consumption is paused until Stripe resolves it. If the dispute is decided in our favour, your plan resumes normally. If it’s decided in your favour, your plan drops to Free. Always easier to email us first — we’ll usually sort it out faster than the card network will.
If any of this is unclear or feels wrong for your situation, write to me. Refunds are a conversation, not a form.
