What we collect, and what we won’t.

• Account data. Email, name, language preference, password hash.
• Learning data. Your prompts, the courses that get built, the lessons you’ve seen, what you got and didn’t get.
• Device data. Browser, OS, app version. Used for debugging, not profiling.
• Payment data. Handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store the last four digits and the expiry. We never see the full card number.

• We don’t use third-party ad trackers.
• We don’t read your contacts, your calendar or your other apps.
• We don’t log your microphone when voice is off.
• We don’t sell anything to anyone.

• To build your courses.
• To improve the teacher (aggregated, de-identified).
• To support you when you email us.
• To send you occasional product updates you can turn off.

• Payment processor. Stripe, for billing only.
• Authentication provider. Google Sign-In, when you use it.
• Email provider. For transactional and opt-in marketing email.
• Model providers. The sentences and lesson content you generate are sent to a model to produce the lesson. Those providers do not train on your data.

• Access. Download everything we have on you, in one file.
• Correction. Edit your account details at any time.
• Deletion. Delete your account and every course, in two clicks. We delete your Stripe customer record first, then scrub our own data; invoices are kept seven years (Danish bookkeeping law) with your identifiers removed. Backups purge within 30 days.
• Portability. Export courses as PDF or JSON.
• Objection. Opt out of product emails, analytics, or voice processing at any time.

• Stored in the EU (Frankfurt region).
• Learning data kept while your account is active.
• Deleted on request, or 12 months after account closure if you don’t ask first.
• Invoices are retained for seven years per Danish bookkeeping law, with personally identifying fields scrubbed on account deletion.
• Backups purge within 30 days of deletion.

• Essential. Login and session. Always on.
• Preferences. Language and theme. Always on.
• Analytics. Anonymous, in-house. Opt-in.
• Advertising. None. We don’t run ads.

Felloclass is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). If you believe a child has given us their data, email daniel@felloclass.com and we’ll remove it.

If something material changes, we’ll email you before the change takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top always matches the live version.
